The receptionist gave us a super warm welcome and arranged a quiet room for our young children. The room was squeaky clean, especially the bathroom. We loved that the heating quickly warmed up the room. The Stonebrook restaurant had a chill vibe, and the food was surprisingly good. Cheryl, the serving staff, was amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent value for money. The hotel had a new feel to it, with a roomy carpark. The staff went above and beyond, from the thoughtful Christmas card to the stocking surprise. The reception staff even helped me out with a last-minute suit cleaning issue. Mind-blowingly helpful!

We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the nearby Stonebrook pub, with a calm atmosphere and friendly staff. the hotel's location was convenient for our visit to Northumberlandia, just 10 minutes away.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Northumberland park just north of The City. The location was ideal, close to a Metro station for easy access to The City or Coast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The attached restaurant offered delicious meals and a great breakfast. The hotel is also conveniently located near ongoing development in the area and a short drive to Whitely Bay, which is gorgeous.
