As a former hotel employee, I always notice small details that most guests miss. However, at Premier Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail. The room cleaner, Marie, went above and beyond by providing nappy sacks for our family, showing that they acknowledged our young children. They even provided us with a bigger bin bag and extra nappy sacks upon request. Room 14 was spacious, immaculate, and peaceful. The hotel's location was convenient, and all the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city, making it easy to find. It is situated on the nearby Elk Mill retail park, offering plenty of shopping options. football fans will appreciate its close proximity to the football ground, perfect for catching a match. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like a fan to ensure a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the toilets, which left a less-than-fresh impression.

We stayed in a conveniently located hotel, close enough to the city centre and just a short walk to the next roundabout. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. There are always some people who are inconsiderate late at night, causing noise and disturbance for others. This is a societal issue beyond Premier Inn's control, but the hotel sincerely apologized for the inconvenience.

Great location near the football ground and motorways, perfect for those travelling by car.
