had an amazing stay at a premier inn in preston, lancashire. staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were comfy and had everything we needed. loved the cosy pub next door too!

Noisy and disruptive night, didn't get much sleep.

The value for money was great, the room was comfortable with nice beds, and the location was convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could have been better with slightly longer cooked bacon.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and the room was really comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff, especially Daria at the reception, were incredibly friendly and great with our kids. The parking was ample and the hotel grounds were well-maintained. Plus, the pub next door was cozy and inviting.

The food for breakfast could have been better. The wait was a bit long and there were some items missing, like fresh fruit and hot water.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by sumptuous gardens and with a lovely canal nearby. The ample parking facilities were greatly appreciated, making it very convenient for guests. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities one could need, including tea and coffee making facilities.
