The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have an early check-in. We loved the comfortable Hypnos beds, so much so that we bought one for ourselves. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and there was no need for us to use our antibacterial wipes. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was excellent. the hotel offered great value for money.

The pub next door had great food and a good selection of real beer. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, parking was easy, and directions from the M62 were adequate. The room and bathroom were very clean. Customer service was impressive, as they quickly set up a bed for our child. The breakfast had a wide choice of options.
