Marvellous staff, air conditioning, breakfast choices, proximity to mall & historic wall. Comfortable, clean, quiet room. Convenient market. Excellent breakfast. Will return. Helpful & friendly staff, ideal shopping location. Clean, light room. No faults at this price. Great staff, loved restaurant food, perfect for Christmas shopping.

The location in the centre of town makes this hotel a perfect choice. The rooms are well designed and come with comfortable beds. The hotel also offers basic amenities and has windows that are insulated, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I also appreciated the breakfast which included Costa coffee and I would have loved to see more fruit options available.

The check-in process could be improved.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, arranged for a taxi to the cruise port.

Noise from building works outside made it difficult to sleep. Limited tea and coffee supplies.

The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The bed was really comfy, better than mine at home. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained.

There were some issues during my stay. The self-check-in process was frustrating, I prefer having a staff member assist me.
