We stayed at Premier Inn for two nights during the Riverside Festival. The location was perfect, with easy access to the festival venues, town centre, and attractions like the Barrage and White Water Rafting Centre. We enjoyed a delightful walk into town, passing by the scenic sights. The adjacent Beef Eater provided a lovely spot for a nightcap on their charming decking area, illuminated by lanterns. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The restaurant service was excellent, and we absolutely loved the food. The chef and his team deserve a special thank you for the delicious and reasonably priced steak, with perfect presentation. The comfortable beds, great breakfasts, and overall friendly atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Stockton. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The room was spacious, even with the kids' beds set up, and it was very peaceful. We loved that there was plenty of tea and coffee available. The hotel is in a great location with a lovely riverside view, and there's an ASDA supermarket just a short walk away. We felt very welcome and at home, thanks to the helpfulness of the staff, especially Anison and Luise. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a safe and comfortable stay.
