We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn thanks to the exceptional staff. From Gill at reception to the friendly breakfast team, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. the room itself was clean and cozy, with a nice new bathroom. the breakfast selection was great and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was also a nice touch that we didn't have to vacate the room until noon. a wonderful experience - thank you!

I recently stayed at Premier Inn for a couple of nights during a family trip. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, especially Jill who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was my daughter's birthday and she had just broken her arm. To our surprise, they gave her a card and decorated her room. The bed was really comfy, the room was clean, and the bathroom felt new. The breakfast had a great variety to choose from and all the staff were pleasant. Gill on reception was very accommodating when I made a mistake with the number of people in our room. Plus, we were happy that we could stay in the room until noon without any rush.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room itself was spotlessly clean. The bathroom looked brand new and was very well-maintained. The breakfast selection was excellent, and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Gill at the reception, who went above and beyond to accommodate us by adding an extra bed for my daughter. It was also great that we didn't have to check out until noon.
