We had a great stay at Premier Inn. the premises were clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. We loved the two lifts that offered breathtaking views of London, Wembley, and Thorpe Park. the room had everything we needed, including comfortable beds, no distractions or noise, and air conditioning. the breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant. the staff here were amazing, from the manager to the breakfast staff and cleaners. They were all pleasant and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Sunbury - Kempton Park. The location was perfect for enjoying a day at the races, which was a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always ready to assist and make my stay comfortable. The room itself was lovely, and the breakfast spread was plentiful, ensuring that I started my day off right. The secure car park gave me peace of mind knowing that my vehicle was safe. The only minor issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was a bit too cold when I first arrived, but the staff quickly adjusted it. However, later on, it became a bit too hot.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel and was impressed with several aspects. the location was fantastic for my needs, as it was perfectly situated near Thorpe Park. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities that I needed. Lastly, I must mention the delicious breakfast, which was definitely worth the extra cost. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and I will definitely be returning in the future.

While my stay was generally enjoyable, I did notice that the bar area was a bit small. It would have been nice if it was a bit more spacious, especially during busy periods.

The hotel also offers secure parking and easy access to public transportation, with just a 20-minute train ride into Waterloo.

The restaurant experience can be inconsistent, as some dishes may not meet expectations in terms of quality.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was good. Great choice of hot food at breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location, just a short walk to the Sunbury on Thames rail station. Perfect for a light sleeper like me.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They always went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The service they provided was exemplary.

There was one minor issue during our stay. The car park of the hotel was quite narrow and we found it difficult to navigate, resulting in some damage to our car's alloy wheel.
