We stayed at No10 Beach Rooms for a week and were delighted with our spacious balcony room. JoDee, the owner, was incredibly kind and even brought us our favorite tea with adorable corgi packaging! The views of Paignton and Brixham were breathtaking and being right by the beach, but away from the noisy crowds, was perfect. JoDee and James made us feel like family, and we enjoyed several dinners and drinks on our balcony. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the £2 drinks at the bar were a great bonus. Can't recommend highly enough!

Everything exceeded my expectations - the stunning sea view from my balcony, the fresh white towels and bedlinen, and the budget-friendly cost. The crashing waves outside my room made it blissful and the hotel's charitable concept made me feel good about my stay.

They even upgraded our room to one with a balcony, which was a lovely surprise. the service was fantastic too, with breakfast delivered to our room every morning. the location was perfect, right on the seafront, and we had a great view from our room. Free parking was also a big plus.

We stayed at a hotel on an embankment, right next to the beach. The location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and only 15 minutes to the town center. The rooms were a good size with plenty of storage space and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent.
