The service from the staff was top-notch, and they were very understanding and accommodating when we arrived later than planned. The room was comfortable and had great amenities, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee-making facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The owners were friendly and super helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the nearby Charles Darwin family home and other attractions in the area. this place provided the perfect base for our sightseeing adventures.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room. The location, despite being on a busy road, didn't bother us much and the staff treated us really well throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by allowing guests to help themselves to cereals, yogurt, and fruit, and having a cafetiere at the table would have been a better option.

I recently stayed at Pretty Maid House B&B for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly, ensuring great communication throughout my stay. The room was lovely, spacious, and surprisingly quiet considering its location on a busy A road. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast - hands down the BEST eggs benedict I have ever tasted. I would return to this B&B just for breakfast, even if fully booked!

New Year's Eve at this B&B was absolutely fantastic. It was amazing to see the key attractions nearby, including the gorgeous countryside and the local restaurants and bars.
