I had an amazing stay at Pureserviced Royal William Yard. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views that I could admire all day from my apartment. The architecture and history of the building were impressive, and the facilities inside were of a high standard. I especially loved the warm and comfortable atmosphere. The best thing about this place was the convenience of its location, with restaurants, bars, and the center of Plymouth all within walking distance. It was perfect for my son's passing out parade at HMS Raleigh. Additionally, the PurSeviced team was incredibly communicative and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I did have a couple of small issues during my stay. the key collection process was not ideal, especially if you are traveling by train.

pureserviced royal william yard exceeded our expectations during our day trip to plymouth. the apartment was gorgeous and the location was superb. we loved the view, the comfortable beds, and the nearby facilities. it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The apartment was absolutely stunning and had the most breathtaking views. The sunset over the water was truly incredible. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy my time in Plymouth. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I did have a few small issues during my stay. I had to go into the city to collect and return the key, which was a bit inconvenient and took up some time.

loved our stay at the apartment in royal william yard! stunning views of the river and beautifully renovated old building. check-in process was smooth, apartment was clean and well cared for. the added bonus of a christmas tree made our kids very happy. plenty of great restaurants on site and even dog-friendly too!

noisy extractor fan

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to ferries and close proximity to bars and restaurants. The view over the river was breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of my stay.

The apartment at Pureserviced Royal William Yard had a stunning view that took our breath away. The spacious and clean interior made us feel right at home. We were happy to find that Netflix was available for the children to enjoy. The location was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the area.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of minor issues. The blinds in the bedroom window didn't provide enough blackout, causing a bit of inconvenience for our sleep.

The constant noise from the extractor fan in the apartment was unbearable and kept us awake throughout the night. Customer service was not satisfactory, as we were offered only a 5% discount on our next stay instead of a refund.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pureserviced property in Plymouth. the apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a unique layout with high ceilings. the view of the ocean was incredible, and I enjoyed watching the boats go by from the comfort of my window. the kitchen was well-equipped and modern, making it easy to prepare meals. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hostess was kind enough to accommodate my late flight arrival. it was a lovely experience and I look forward to returning and recommending it to others.
