We had a wonderful stay at a characterful cottage in a tranquil location. the cottage was comfortable and homely, with stunning views and easy access to major walking routes in the Brecon Beacons. Our furry friend loved the enclosed garden and the entertainment of sheep and wild ponies. the host was kind enough to provide essentials and even left us bread, milk, and other items. We truly enjoyed our time at Wales' Highest Village - the Chartist Cottage - Trefil.

We loved our stay at the charming Chartist Cottage in the highest village in Wales. The cottage had a thoughtful interior design and a cozy atmosphere. The central heating and the fireplace kept us warm throughout our stay. The stylish sofas and lovely blankets provided extra comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised by the host's generosity in providing mince pies and tea. The small Christmas tree with lights added a festive touch. The location of the cottage was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again.

The cottage had fantastic cooking utensils, allowing us to cook properly. The owner provided a "starter package" in the fridge and homemade jams. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the local lamb was fabulous.

Beautiful cottage. Welcome pack included butter, Welsh cakes, jam, crisps and wine. Toiletries, towels, cooking oil, coffee, tea. Lovely garden for dog. Baby gate provided. Highly recommended.

Lovely, quiet, and cozy cottage in a stunning area. Short drive to National park, Mountain Railway, and Caerphilly Castle. Host left essentials and even bread and milk. Fabulous value for money. Well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches like house plants. Peaceful night's sleep. I'll gladly visit again and recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful cottage. The location was stunning, with lovely views from the bedroom window. The cottage was so well decorated and had a cozy calmness to it. The host, Oriel, was excellent, providing great communication and even leaving us a welcome package with bread, milk. The facilities were superb, and we particularly loved the log fire burner. It was perfect for a relaxing getaway for couples. The owner also provided information about interesting places to visit, making our stay even more enjoyable.
