Stayed at a superb apartment with an excellent location. Everything we needed and more was provided. Easy parking at Q park and not a long walk. Communication with Jack was smooth and key collection was hassle-free. Would definitely return, perhaps for a longer stay to fully enjoy the apartment and its convenient location.

I stayed at the Quayside Apartment in Cardiff Bay for a week due to work. The location was perfect, being central to my workplace and surrounded by pubs and restaurants. The apartment itself was secure, warm, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a fancy coffee maker to toiletries. The communication with Jack was excellent, and self check-in was a breeze. The bed was comfortable, and the added bonus of Netflix and Amazon Fire made my stay even better. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely book again!

Karen, who greeted us, was lovely and made sure we felt at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the added extras like hair dryers, board games, and Netflix on the TV.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, right opposite the millennium centre in Cardiff Bay. It's also conveniently close to all the attractions and a pub. The apartment itself is clean and warm, with plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a coffee machine and pods. The bathroom is stocked with generous amounts of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There is also a TV with Netflix and other apps, and the WiFi is reliable.

The host's handyman showed up unannounced and accused us of breaking something, which was very rude.

The location of this apartment is fantastic! It is so close to the theatre, restaurants, and even a pub right across the street. The Millennium Centre is also within walking distance.
