I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, being close to the ferry terminals and transportation. the hotel facilities were clean, and the staff was very welcoming.

The kids had a blast with the interactive games and shows, keeping them entertained for hours. the family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home in the heart of Poole.

My wife says that a playground area for the kids would have been a great addition to enhance the family experience.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being right on the quay. It's just a stone's throw away from the seafront, making it super convenient to enjoy the beautiful views and lively atmosphere. the breakfast served was delicious and plentiful, setting a great start for the day. the staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help out with a smile. the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with housekeeping doing an excellent job.

The mattresses were a bit too firm for my liking, and the pillows a tad flat. For those who prefer a softer bed, this might be something to consider.

Welcoming hosts, great breakfast. Convenient location for exploring Poole. Homey atmosphere, good value. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The location of Rooms At the Quayside was superb, right off the Quay, though parking was a bit of a walk away. the host was incredibly kind, offering valuable local tips and serving a delicious breakfast. the nearby landmarks like Hamworthy Park and Poole Waterfront Museum added to our family bonding experience, with relaxation facilities adding to our enjoyment.

The value for money was great and the room was bright and suitable for our needs. the location on the quay was fantastic, and the staff, especially Teresa, were welcoming and accommodating.

Breakfast items could be improved with higher quality ingredients.
