The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was fully equipped and super comfortable, with a large kitchen area and lounge. The central location was great, with plenty of good food places nearby. And the best part? All of this was offered at an affordable price.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money at the apartments. The room was modern and well-appointed, with plenty of space for us to relax. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre and close to the swimming pool. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options available.

Great location right in the center, accessible to everything. the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. the apartment was well-furnished and had a lovely touch to it. the rooms were clean and well aired. the property had an onsite car park, which was convenient.

There was a small hill walking up to the nearby cathedral, which could be challenging for some. the bed in our room was too large for the space, making the other decor look out of place.

Helpful with directions and accommodating car parking needs. Kitchen with everything needed to cook a 3-course meal. Great location close to bars and restaurants.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We stayed at Queen Stay Apartments for one night and it was perfect for our needs. The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was ideal, with the town centre and Ponds Forge Swimming pool just a short walk away. The apartment itself was spotless, with comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. We loved the added bonus of having Netflix available. Queen Stay Apartments provided great value for money and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Sheffield.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed, from nice finishing touches like slippers and water bottles to a super comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right in the city center, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from some improvements, maybe with more variety or options.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We loved being able to explore the city without having to travel far. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

Bizarre design of the apartment.

The staff at Queen Stay Apartments were incredibly accommodating and friendly. When we arrived, there was no one at reception, but after a short wait, a very friendly staff member appeared and made our check-in experience hassle-free. They made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was comfortable. We were also impressed with the value for money we received. Despite some minor issues with the apartment, such as a confusing shower and uncomfortable furniture, the apartment was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal, and the bathroom provided towels, toiletries, and even a toothbrush. The living area had a comfortable seating arrangement and a dining table. The reception staff also went out of their way to assist us in getting a car park lot. Although there were a few drawbacks, including loose fixtures and fittings and some cracked tiles in the bathroom, these issues were minor and did not significantly impact our overall experience. I would recommend Queen Stay Apartments for its friendly staff and decent amenities.
