Great location and comfortable rooms the central location near the train station and beach was ideal for exploring Deal, and the modern, clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. the friendly staff's proactive communication about live music nights was appreciated. One aspect that could be improved is the noise level from the live music events, which may disturb light sleepers.

During my recent stay at Queen Street Tap, I found the room to be very comfortable with a lovely breakfast prepared by Mel. the friendly staff, including Amy at the bar and deputy manager Tom, made our experience exceptional. Gavi did a fantastic job cleaning the room, and Tommy, the manager, was extremely helpful. The location near the town center was convenient, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. Cons: Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was spot on, just a few minutes' stroll to the beach and train station. Our room had a modern touch and was impeccably clean and comfy.

The loud music kept us up until the early hours, disrupting our sleep. the room we were assigned next to the stairs and entrance made it impossible to catch some shut-eye with constant noises from doors banging and cleaners early in the morning.

I keep returning for weekends as it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, lounge, restaurant, and a welcome drink. Staff found my lost ring once. the room includes a TV, games, kettle, and kids’ menu. No smoking or pets allowed.
