I had a fantastic stay at this guest house in the heart of the city. Everything was so close by, making it convenient for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming me with a smile. The breakfast spread was wonderful, catering to all tastes and cooked to perfection. The spacious bathroom provided me with ample hot water for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. The value for money was excellent, especially with the January deal.

Recently stayed at a lovely guesthouse in a perfect location. The room was nicely decorated, spacious, and clean, providing all the necessary amenities. On a freezing cold day, the room was warm and cosy, and the staff gave us a pleasant welcome, providing clear and polite information. The interior of the guesthouse was stylish, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hearty breakfasts were a great way to start the day. great value for money and a personal touch.

We stayed at Queen's Guest House for 3 nights and were welcomed by Alicia who showed us to our spacious and clean room at the rear of the property. The bed was comfortable and the towels were plentiful. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff were polite and friendly. The location was great, with easy access to galleries and cafes in the new town. The atmosphere in the breakfast room was relaxed, and the portions of breakfast were generous and of excellent quality. a fantastic stay and we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city. It made exploring so easy and convenient for us. The service here was top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and always ready to help with any request. The room amenities were great, too, with tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The room itself was comfortable and cozy, with a carpeted floor that made it feel extra luxurious.

All in all, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. the location was convenient as it was close to the train station and city center. the room was clean and tidy.

The room was a bit small and cramped. the noise from adjacent rooms was loud and disturbing during the night which made it hard to sleep.

The location of this place is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute walk to the center of the city. We were also able to store our luggage before check-in, which was very convenient. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was absolutely fabulous. The staff at the guest house were friendly and accommodating, arranging an early breakfast for us and even providing a gluten-free alternative. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. It was clean, neat, and extremely comfortable. The staff, including Marcin, Klaudia, Montse. Room No.12 had everything we needed, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. Marcin even made us a lovely hot chocolate when we requested it. The wifi worked perfectly throughout our stay. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff made our experience even better.

The hotel's location was perfect, being within easy walking distance from the train station. It was situated in a quiet area, yet close to the bustling city center. The room I stayed in was lovely, with a comfy memory foam mattress and fresh, cozy bedding. The powerful shower with a rainfall head was a great perk. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing quick and tasty breakfast. The hotel also provided convenient amenities like USB sockets for charging appliances.

The issue was resolved with a second duvet.

The soundproofing was not great as I could hear noises from the next room. the size of the bed was a bit small, which required one of us to sleep in a single bed in the room.
