We had a fantastic stay at a charming inn with beautifully decorated rooms. The location was perfect, situated in a picturesque village. The friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The freshly cooked breakfast was of great quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Queens Head Inn & Restaurant.

The hotel is situated in the main square of the charming village, with parking conveniently available close by. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with top-notch en-suite bathrooms. The staff are friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The dining experience can be slightly delayed at busy times, leading to a small wait for your food to arrive.

The staff was friendly and helpful, good food in a lovely pub atmosphere, comfortable room and modern bathroom, delicious breakfast with small details like prosecco and coffee maker.

The food at this place was absolutely delicious. I couldn't get enough of their mouthwatering dishes! The chefs definitely know what they're doing. Also, the location was beautiful. I loved being surrounded by such stunning scenery during my stay. And to top it off, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make my Easter getaway special.

One thing that bothered me a bit was the parking situation. Having to park in a public car park a few hundred meters away was a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage.

queens head inn & restaurant in hawkshead never disappoints. their staff go above and beyond for their guests, keeping the kitchen open when we were delayed, and serving amazing food. the breakfast is freshly cooked and they even provide a folder of walks for exploring the village. a truly friendly and memorable experience.

Had a great Easter stay! the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. They even helped me carry my luggage to my room. the breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. the location is perfect! It's in a quiet village, but with plenty of things to see and do. Plus, the car park was really close to the hotel.

The Wi-Fi. It was a bit weak, but it didn't bother me too much.

We recently stayed at the Queens Head Inn for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the village with convenient parking included in the room rate. The highlight was definitely the breakfast - a wide range of delicious cooked dishes and the best croissants we've ever tasted. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations, and we loved the option to order packed lunches for our day trips.

the staff at the inn were extremely friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and created a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. the level of comfort, cleanliness, and service was exemplary throughout my stay. the inn also served exceptional breakfasts and evening meals, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the beautiful surrounding walks.

Gin and tonics at the bar were fantastic. We would definitely return to this lovely inn and hotel.
