The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. the location of the hotel was perfect, right on the promenade with easy access to the beach and other attractions.

The rooms were a bit small and tended to get warm at night. the lack of secure WiFi was a letdown, and the manager's response to our inquiry about it was not helpful.

We stayed at the lovely Queens Hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location on the seafront offered stunning views, especially from the lounge area. The twin room we stayed in was comfortable and adequate for our short stay. The bar and downstairs areas were clean and inviting, and the reception staff were excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary late checkout at noon. a great stay.

The hotel is ideally located on the seafront, just a stone's throw away from the bustling town center. Guests can enjoy being right in the heart of the action, with the promenade just across the street. The rooms provide a comfortable stay, with well-prepared and served breakfast. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel makes it a pleasant place to stay. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a cheerful and helpful experience.

Limited parking spaces can be a hassle for guests with cars.

I loved the character of the hotel - this type of building goes back to the Victorian era and is what has always represented the old seaside resorts. Hope these hotels will always be there. We had a fantastic view of the seafront out of our three big bedroom windows! Staff all very friendly. As we arrived around 12.30 we decided to use a nearby carpark where we got an excellent rate for 2 days parking. The hotel was well located on the sea front and had good views of this from the lounge area-our twin bedroom was located round the back of the hotel. The twin room was adequate for our short stay. Shops, bars and restaurants are a couple of minutes walk away. Service at first was poor in dining area, but improved next day. Food fine. Area where we ate was good. We didn't expect a front 1st floor front facing room. This was great & the views excellent. Windows not easy to open though. Overall it was a good room we had & getting up & downstairs was brill for my hubby who has had 2 hip ops during the last 2 yrs

I stayed at the Queens Hotel for 2 nights and the room size was just perfect - not too big, not too small. The bathroom was also great, with a brilliant bath/shower. The breakfast was lovely, with quick service and always hot. The staff, especially the receptionists, were kind and friendly. The hotel is clean and well-situated on the seafront and in town. The price was excellent for what we got.

During my recent stay at the Queens, I was delighted to discover a well-located hotel with a friendly atmosphere. The hotel's prime location by the seafront allowed for stunning views and easy access to both Llandudno and Conwy. Additionally, the room I stayed in, room 48, was spacious and offered breathtaking views of the beach and the Ormes. The reception and bar staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel that perfectly captured the essence of old seaside resorts. the staff at this hotel, let's call it the Queens Hotel, were extremely pleasant and made my stay even more enjoyable. the food offered a good choice and was plentiful, despite a few individuals complaining about their payment and the limited selection. the character of the hotel, with its Victorian-era architecture, added to the overall charm. My room had three large windows that provided a fantastic view of the seafront. the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and always ready to assist. the location couldn't have been better, and I found the bed to be comfortable. the cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of hot water in the shower were noteworthy as well. it was a delightful experience.

The best aspects of my stay were the comfortable and cosy traditional rooms with a lovely view of the seafront. I truly felt like I was experiencing the charm of a bygone era, which added to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. the location of the hotel was also a key advantage, as it was situated right on the seafront, allowing me to enjoy beautiful sunsets and the soothing sound of the waves crashing.

I did have a minor issue with the initial room I was given. It was a bit small and had a higher window that only looked out onto the roof.

Lovely Victorian architecture with original sash windows. Good breakfast and helpful receptionist. Well-presented, spotless room with plenty of storage. Perfect-sized room and brilliant bath/shower. Comfy beds with good entertainment. Enjoyable downstairs areas and pleasant, rushed staff.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel by the sea front. The room was lovely and warm, even without the heating on. The staff were very accommodating and changed my room so it was closer to the lift, making it easier for me with my knee problem. The breakfast was delicious and the service by all of the staff was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience at the hotel, from the convenient free parking to the friendly service from all the staff. The room was clean and fresh with a lovely sea view, and the huge bath and soft big towels were a nice touch. The location was excellent, just a few steps away from the promenade and the main shopping street. The staff were always helpful and made me feel welcome. The meals were delicious and cooked perfectly, with a good selection to choose from. great value for money.
