I had a fantastic stay in this lovely cottage. It was extremely clean and had everything I needed for my stay, including a good shower, dishwasher, washer, freezer space, and cooking items. The location was great, with easy access to Ambleside and Grasmere through the nearby bus service. I didn't have a car, but it was still very easy to explore Windermere village and Bowness on foot. The staff even called to check on my arrival, which was a nice touch. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Free WiFi was a life-saver! The garden was perfect for sipping champagne. The washing machine saved me from slobbing around in dirty clothes. So handy, thanks!

The cottage itself is cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and quality furniture. the cottage is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washer, freezer, and good shower.

The parking situation can be inconvenient, especially during busier times when finding a space may require paying for parking or searching for alternative options.

We stayed at Raglan Cottage for a week and had a lovely time. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute stroll to the ferry piers, yet tucked away in a quiet cul de sac. The cottage itself was charming and full of character, with comfortable beds and high-quality furnishings. Everything was clean and tidy, thanks to the attentive changeover team. We found plenty of dining options nearby, including Italian restaurants, cafes, and burger places. There were also shops to explore, and we even discovered a cheap pub atop a hill for a bit of a trek and a well-deserved burn-off. a cosy and convenient stay!

Would be happy to recommend this lovely, homely, and well-located property.
