ramada solihull impressed me - great location, fabulous room, friendly and helpful staff. exceeded my expectations, especially the brand-new and spotlessly clean bathroom. a wonderful stay.

The location of this hotel is superb, with easy access to Solihull's charming old town, including its tudor style buildings and cobbled streets. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient choice for dining out.

My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. the restaurant was a major disappointment, with long wait times for food and uncooked gammon steak.

The room I stayed in had a lovely view overlooking a peaceful bowling green, ensuring a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities provided in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable dining table. I also appreciated the excellent service, such as the room service and the wake-up call service, which made my stay here even more convenient and enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi and parking were also provided, which added to the overall value of this hotel.

The free gym passes were excellent, staff were very friendly, Liz in the restaurant was especially great. The buffet breakfast was lovely with additional items available upon request.

We were delighted with our stay at Ramada. The room we stayed in was lovely and clean, with fresh bedding and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was excellent, close to the high street and shops. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the Indian restaurant on-site. we had a wonderful experience at Ramada and would highly recommend it.

Had a great weekend in a hotel with a fantastic location! the bed was super comfy, and we had a lovely view from our room. the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. the best part was the delicious food at the Indian restaurant nearby and the many pubs within walking distance.

The hotel room was a bit noisy. We could hear doors slamming, and the light from the nearby exit sign was a bit bright.

We had a fantastic stay in a hotel located right in the center of the bustling shopping area. With plenty of places to eat nearby, we enjoyed trying out different restaurants and cafes. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, particularly when they assisted us in storing and delivering our goods. It was a truly relaxing experience.

We experienced some difficulties with the room cards, which would stop working if kept too close to a mobile phone. However, the issue was promptly addressed by the staff.
