I recently stayed at Ramada in Leeds for a couple of nights over the Easter weekend and was greeted by the friendly staff who remembered me from a previous stay. Shannon and Callum went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is clean and modern, with comfortable rooms and a great location. The bar and parking facilities were also a plus. it was a great value for money and I will definitely be using this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located on a new motorway service area, making it easy to get taxis to-and-from. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing prompt assistance and answering any questions. Guests can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast and take advantage of the gym facilities.

I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, as it was in a well-lit busy area close to Leeds city centre. The hotel provided enhanced comfort with amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfy bed. The room was clean and spacious, and I loved the fact that there was an iron and ironing board in the room. The bar area was also really nice, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

Nothing to fault.

The hotel had a great central location close to restaurants and shopping. We loved the friendly and helpful staff who were knowledgeable about the area and provided great suggestions for activities and sights to see. the rooms were modern and clean with comfortable beds. A big advantage was the complimentary breakfast which had a good selection of hot and cold items.

some of the staff members were not very accommodating or friendly. the hotel was also quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfy, and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. The hotel was spotlessly clean and quiet. We also loved the fact that there was a large food hall next to the hotel, offering a range of options to cater for all tastes and diets. The free carpark and easy access to motorways were a big plus. Additionally, the hotel's location next to a lovely lake made it a perfect spot for those who enjoy walking or running. Temple Newsam, a great area for outdoor activities, was only 1.5 miles away on foot. The staff, especially Claire from reception, were very helpful and understanding, even providing us with the best view of the hotel upon request. it was a great experience.

Located in one of the newest and most attractive motorway service areas in the country, this hotel offers a convenient location next to a lovely lake with a great walk around it. It is also near a variety of shops and amenities. The rooms are comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee, and free wifi. The reception staff are helpful and friendly.

Getting a taxi from the hotel was a bit difficult.

The room was fantastic, it had a great view and was very clean and soundproofed. the staff were also very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed it. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they also offer breakfast boxes to take out, which was a nice option.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to our expectations, as we noticed some visible spots on the carpet and clumps of hair in the bathroom. This gave the impression that the room was not properly cleaned.

The location of the hotel was perfect for easy access to the M1 and there was even a play area at the back with a well-lit pathway for a pleasant stroll in the morning or evening. The staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay. I also appreciated the free parking and the option to have breakfast in the adjacent service area.

One issue I encountered was the lack of cleanliness in my room. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned on the day of my arrival, as there was dust on the worktops and the suitcase shelf beside the tables.

My stay at Ramada was for two nights in February. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby stores and beautiful outdoor scenery at the back. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. Rebecca at the reception was particularly impressive, as she remembered speaking to me previously and went above and beyond to assist me with transportation. Additionally, I enjoyed a lovely walk along the canal and into Rothwell County Park, adding to the overall positive experience.

The location of this hotel was excellent for us as we were attending a festival in a nearby park, which was within walking distance. It was also very easy to find, and the hotel had great transportation links to both the motorways and Leeds city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and we felt well taken care of during our stay. Another highlight was the breakfast, which had a variety of options including plum tomatoes, a nice touch that is not often found in hotel breakfasts.
