Despite the smaller size, the room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable night's sleep. The owner, Pip, was friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent, and we even had extra coffee and tea available just outside our room. our stay at Ranscombe House was enjoyable and we would recommend it to others.

During our recent stay at a charming guest house, we were pleased with the delightful view of the harbor and boats from our room. We got amazing value for our money, with a clean and comfortable room that had lovely furnishings and a super comfy bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the harbor and all the attractions, and the staff at Ranscombe House were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety in the breakfast options.

The breakfast was exceptional, with many delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the lovely location, offering breathtaking views of the bay. the balcony and garden area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

The narrow, single-track roads leading to the property, which were also used by buses. This made navigating the roads a bit challenging, especially when encountering larger vehicles.

The house itself was beautifully decorated and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from. The beautifully decorated place had real style and character. The parking was a real bonus and it was a quick walk to all the facilities in town. The fabulous light room had a stunning sea view, and the bed was extremely comfortable with lovely bedding. The bathroom was very smart. Pip, the owner, was really friendly and helpful. There is one aspect of the hotel that could be improved. The mattresses on the bunk beds are a bit too hard for some guests' liking.
