We recently stayed at RayRigg Villa for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. Our hosts, Will and Pauline, were extremely hospitable and made us feel very special. The breakfasts were outstanding, with delicious homemade jam and marmalade. The twin room we stayed in was clean, bright, and comfortable, with no disturbance from noise. The location was excellent, with good restaurants within walking distance and easy access to nearby towns.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is brilliant for a stroll to the lake or into town for food and drinks. I also loved that I could easily take buses to other places, like the railway station, Ambleside, and Bowness pier. This place is in a very good location, with supermarkets, petrol stations, and restaurants around it. It's just a 5-minute walk from the station, making it incredibly convenient to get to. The staff here are very friendly and extremely helpful. Leanne, who cooked up a fantastic breakfast for me every morning, catered to all my options. They were all very welcoming and friendly, explaining the facilities of the property and what the local area has to offer, as well as the tourist attractions in the surrounding areas. The room amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, free Wi-Fi, and free toiletries, were great. The hotel also had a dining restaurant, which was a plus. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
