The whole experience at Recruiting Sergeant in Norwich was great. the evening meal was exceptional, the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was cosy. the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices. the sun terrace and garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere. Nearby landmarks like Hillside Animal Sanctuary and the Broads National Park were great for family bonding. a wonderful stay! .

I had a recent stay at the Recruiting Sergeant and I must say, the breakfast was amazing. There were so many choices available, and the quality of the food was superb. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better. The room itself was very nice, with a big bath that I absolutely loved. Additionally, they even provided champagne upon my arrival, which was a lovely touch. Despite a few minor issues like some areas needing touch-ups in the paintwork and overly warm duvets, I still found the overall experience excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great location close to local attractions and surrounded by beautiful scenery. the staff were friendly and welcoming providing a great service. the hotel had free parking which made things easier for us. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine from the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. the room was nicely furnished with modern decor and spotlessly clean. Great value for money with the hotel's special deals on offer.

The room was quite small and not suitable for a romantic escape as advertised - it didn't offer enough privacy nor space needed for a relaxing stay. the room was situated close to a busy road making it difficult to sleep at night with the noise of traffic.

The location of the restaurant is convenient, as it is situated on a roundabout with roads on two sides. This makes it easily accessible for guests traveling to the area. the restaurant has a garden, although it could use some improvement, it still provides a pleasant outdoor dining option.

One thing worth noting is that some parts of the garden could use some improvement. However, this does not significantly impact the overall experience of the stay.

I had an excellent stay at a smallish room at the Recruiting Sergeant. Although the room overlooked a busy road, the traffic noise didn't disturb me much. the staff throughout the establishment were superb, from check-in to the bar and restaurant. the service was seamlessly efficient, and everyone knew exactly what they were doing. the popularity of the pub on a dreary Monday night in April speaks volumes. the breakfast was also excellent, with quality ingredients and great coffee and juice.
