Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me during a power outage. The room was clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had a charming, historic atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a charming village, with plenty of picturesque surroundings to explore. Nearby, you can drive to the rugby club for a party we were attending and enjoy the beautiful countryside. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of unique dishes to try. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed during our stay.

Some areas of the hotel could use some TLC, with scuffs and marks on the walls and doors.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel with its rustic ambience. The Greene King Inns staff were incredibly polite and obliging, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The bar had an excellent selection of beers, and we enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced meal in the restaurant. The included breakfast was top-notch, setting us up for the day ahead. The room had a lovely old-world charm, with a comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom facilities. On-site parking was convenient, and the hotel's location was ideal for exploring Banbury and accessing the M40. We also appreciated the helpful advice from the staff on getting to our event location.

We stayed at the Red Lion Hotel for one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Shift Managers Oliver and Daniel, were exceptional and provided top-notch service. The chef prepared delicious meals, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a mezzanine-style bathroom that had plenty of room for toiletries. The hotel also had ample parking and spotless bar area toilets. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently spent New Year's Eve at a lovely hotel in the area. the staff was amazing, always going out of their way to accommodate us with anything we needed. the room we stayed in had everything we were looking for, including a comfortable bed and amazing bathroom facilities. the biscuits in the room were a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect, as it allowed us to quickly reach all the key locations we were interested in.

The room I stayed in had a bit of a noise problem, as I could hear pretty much everything that happened in the next room. the bathroom's extractor fan was rather noisy and took some time to turn off automatically.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely old pub. The building was well-maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bedroom was small but incredibly comfortable, and the shower provided plenty of hot water. The highlight was definitely the comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Both the evening meal and breakfast were delicious, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. my stay at Greene King Inns was excellent value for the price. I would highly recommend it.
