The cottage provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, with high-quality facilities and a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was very clean. The location was well placed for exploring the area and there were good local amenities. The arrival and departure process was hassle-free, making for a stress-free stay. The value for money was excellent.

Comfortable and clean accommodation with a well-appointed kitchen and a nice little breakfast bar. The cottage is in a quiet village location, perfect for a peaceful retreat. The community pub nearby is friendly and inclusive, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

Parking can be a bit of a hassle as there is no onsite parking, but there is parking available on the main street. The road outside the cottage can be busy and doesn't have a pavement, so walking along it requires caution.

The cottage was beautifully done with a great open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area on the top floor. It provided a relaxing space for our family of four during our 3-night stay. The cottage was also ideally located, close to Lake Buttermere and Keswick, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

It was a bit challenging to find the cottage at first, but a quick phone call helped us get on the right track. The directions could be improved by mentioning specific landmarks, like the Punchbowl pub, to make it easier to locate.

The cottage was beautifully furnished and very cozy, perfect for a romantic escape. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, which was great for cooking together. The location was also ideal, as it was close to convenience stores and pubs, although we didn't have a chance to visit.

There was no allocated parking and it was quite difficult to find a parking space on the narrow street, especially with the heavy rain. there were no shops in the immediate vicinity, so it would have been helpful to bring groceries with us beforehand.

The locals in the Punchbowl community pub are incredibly friendly. The cottage has a beautiful English cottage feel and is clean, modern, and well-equipped for a vacation home. The owners are lovely, and the location is close to the Lake District mountains and tourist spots.

Felt so well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.
