the room had been completely renovated and was spotlessly clean with all new fixtures. it felt like a major chain hotel with its excellent amenities, including coffee, tea, and bottled water, a hairdryer. we were pleasantly surprised to find bath robes provided as well. the bed was firm but comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was ideal, with an easy walk into town. the manager, ray, was also very helpful and easy to contact. overall, we highly recommend this place for a short stay.

I had a fantastic overnight stay at this budget hotel. The room was modern and clean, with a lovely bed and bedding. The shower was great, and the room had all the modern fixtures and fittings I needed. It was also in a quiet location, but just a short walk away from the main area of town. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. a great base for exploring the beautiful city.

I would have liked the option of breakfast, but there were plenty of places nearby to grab a meal.

The room I stayed in was on the ground floor and faced the street, which made it a bit noisy in the evenings. Additionally, the bathroom was quite small and the sink caused water to splash onto the floor.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at my accommodation in a great location. the bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless, cozy, and had a lovely ambiance. I really can't find any faults with it and it was definitely worth the price. the location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet side road yet still very central. It was just a short walk to the Guildhall and a convenient 15-minute stroll from the train station. There was even a carpark nearby, which was only half full even on Saturday morning. the room was exactly as pictured and had all the amenities I needed, including a proper fridge with fresh milk and bottled water. the access to the room was easy with a keypad, and I never had to worry about getting locked out. a fantastic experience!
