Although there were a few minor inconveniences during our stay, such as a faulty electric socket and a room that wasn't initially up to our standards, the hotel staff eventually resolved these issues and moved us to a more comfortable room. we had a pleasant experience at the hotel and would recommend it.

The location of the hotel was great, with loads of good restaurants nearby. It was also near Hyde Park which was a lovely place to visit in the morning. However, I did find that when guests started having showers, the water pipes were quite noisy, so it's not the best place for late sleepers.

One negative aspect was that the TV remote didn't work and had to be exchanged.
