The apartment was very spacious and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. the location of the apartment was excellent, with easy access to shops and attractions. the host was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant.

The gas fire in the apartment seemed unsafe and outdated. There were signs of damp and mold in the bathroom, which was not pleasant.

The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, especially from the huge windows. The architecture and design of the apartment were fabulous, adding to its charm. The terrace was elegant and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The beds were cosy and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen facilities were adequate, although we opted to go out for breakfast. The location was also great, within walking distance of the city center. our stay at Regent Terrace, Central And Charming, Quiet was delightful and we would definitely recommend it.

The stunning views from the top floor apartment were breathtaking, overlooking Arthur's Seat, the Firth of Forth, and the city. The peaceful and relaxed surroundings inside made it a truly beautiful place to stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from Princes Street and Carlton Park. The apartment itself was spacious, with unique decor that I personally loved. It had all the facilities we needed, including towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and even Netflix for the teens. John, the host, was friendly and accommodating. a brilliant stay that I would definitely recommend.

One of the best aspects was its proximity to the city center, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. the kitchen was well-equipped, which was great for cooking meals.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the parking situation was a hassle and became quite costly.

We especially appreciated the extra touches like coffee, tea, and even some chocolate left for us.

The only downside was that the apartment was a bit chilly, but the host provided small space heaters to help with that. Additionally, parking in the area could be a bit chaotic due to roadworks, so it was easier to pay for metered parking nearby.
