We had a fantastic stay at this 2-bed apartment in a central location. the property is just a short walk from the beach and town centre, making it super convenient for exploring and dining out. the apartment itself is spacious and easy to maintain, with comfortable furniture and everything we needed for a holiday. It was a relief to not have to carry too much, as the apartment was well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the separate toilet and two shower rooms when sharing with others. Graeme, the host, was also incredibly helpful, providing us with recommendations and useful information for our stay. a great location and a well-equipped apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable trip.

the central location in Ayr made it convenient for walking to shops, restaurants, and even the beach. the apartment itself was well-equipped and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable double beds, and the main lounge, kitchen, and bathroom were all in great condition. I especially enjoyed the bonus of having a courtyard in the rear.

I recently stayed at Sandgate 2-Bed Apartment in a central location for a golfing trip. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The separate toilet and two shower rooms were perfect for sharing. Graeme provided us with helpful recommendations and information. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to the town center and great for golfing purposes. The courtyard at the rear was a bonus and the quirky design added character to the place.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The internal staircase to the second bedroom is dangerously steep, making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

We stayed at a centrally located apartment in Ayr and it couldn't have been better. the Sandgate 2-Bed Apartment was in a prime spot, with shops, pubs, and the beach all within easy reach. Both bedrooms were spacious and the overall decor of the apartment was quirky and charming. It had everything we needed for our longer stay and the kitchen and lounge areas were well-equipped. the added bonus of a courtyard at the rear was a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend the Sandgate 2-Bed Apartment for its great location and comfortable amenities.
