The hotel location is fantastic, with beautiful views of the Thames and parkland. The rooms are clean, well-decorated, and have their own unique character. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The area of Richmond itself has charming cafes and shops, with good links to London.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short distance from Richmond Park, perfect for nature lovers and walks. It's also close enough to London for those wanting to enjoy the theatre and other attractions. The rooms are nice and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection and the restaurant and bar offer great options for dining.

The rooms in the old part of the building may need an upgrade as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We recently stayed at this place for a weekend and it was amazing! The location was simply wonderful, nestled in a posh neighborhood near a park and with lovely sunset views from the terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering great room service and keeping everything clean and tidy. The amenities were excellent too, with a cozy and comfortable room, tea and coffee facilities, and even a garden furniture for us to relax in. We loved overhearing the staff operational meetings too, it was interesting and entertaining at the same time.

We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in a wonderful area of London.

Our room had a stunning view of Petersham, and the breakfast was delicious. we recommend this hotel for a charming Hill stay.

The breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices including delicious chocolate muffins. the location was perfect as we were able to explore the surrounding areas easily, and it was close to the main attractions. We also appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

The staff wasn't very friendly, especially while checking in. we had to pay for parking even though we booked through a third-party website.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby Richmond Park and it was also easy to get to London center. the value for money was exceptional, especially with the option to upgrade to a stunning room in the Georgian part for just £10.

The only confusion we encountered was with the bathroom lights, which took us some time to find. the Sky TV didn't seem to work, but this wasn't a major issue for us as we didn't really need it.
