We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and ready to help, allowing us to borrow a room before check-in. The location was ideal, central to all the sights of the city. We loved being within walking distance of The ONE shopping center, shops, bars, and the town center. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with extra essentials like water, tea, biscuits.

During my recent stay at The Richmond Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort in the rooms. The bed in my basic double room was the biggest king size bed I have ever slept in, and it was incredibly comfortable. The quality bedding and pillows made for a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The room also had a small fridge with complimentary bottles of water and a small bottle of milk, which was a nice touch. The shower was lovely, and the bath towels provided were clean and pristine. The room was kept clean to an excellent standard throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered free WiFi and a big screened TV, which added to the convenience and enjoyment of my time there.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for more milk and extra fresh water, overall, my experience at The Richmond Hotel was fantastic. I was even lucky enough to receive an upgrade as it was my birthday, which made my stay even more special.

The bed was comfortable and the suite was clean. the hotel had a good location, close to restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning barely worked and there was a musty smell in the suite. the finish of the suite was not up to par, with chipped plaster and missing pieces.

Clean rooms with comfortable, enormous beds and quality bedding. Staff is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. Good location near major sites and Lime Street Station. Varied breakfast choices brought up to the room daily. Big thanks to Andy for organizing a fantastic Sparkling Afternoon Tea, with top-notch food and chilled Prosecco.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including microwaves and TVs in every room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was also great, with plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance. we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend and visit again.

The food for breakfast could have been improved. The dining area was not set out very well, and the hot food wasn't as hot as we would have liked considering the £10 price per person.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and were greeted by lovely staff at reception. They were extremely accommodating and helped us switch to a more suitable room. Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff in the dining area were wonderful. The balcony suite was huge and fantastic, and the staff even left a birthday/anniversary plate of cakes in our room. We highly recommend this hotel and plan on returning.

The apartment at Richmond Apart-Hotel was a good size, with comfortable beds and a nice touch of having milk in the fridge. Its location, within walking distance of the station, was convenient for a budget traveler like myself. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, I couldn't fault them. I had requested a quiet room and was placed in the basement, which was very quiet, especially during the middle of the week.

Felt like in a fairy, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was impressed with the location. It was right in the city center, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The room was impeccably clean and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a nice dining area where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

The staff at this hotel provided first-class service, from the receptionist to the bar staff who were all very smiley and friendly. The rooms were individually furnished and decorated, with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the restaurant, and the outdoor dining area was a nice touch. The free Wi-Fi was a convenient feature, and we appreciated the on-site car park for a small fee. our stay here was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others seeking comfort, convenience, and friendly service.
