As young people, we loved the plentiful and varied breakfast selection, tea making facilities in the rooms, and the helpfulness of the host, Julia. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and had a homely feel. The location was excellent with easy access to local eateries, and the off-road parking was a bonus.

Breakfast was self-service with a limited choice, but it was sufficient for our needs. the guest house had a lovely garden area with a table where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The bathroom lacked a light over the mirror and there was no extractor fan.

Ideal Location. Great Breakfast. My partner and I had a lovely romantic escape in a cosy B&B. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside, plus it was close to the town centre for dinner and drinks. The breakfast, which included a variety of options like cereals, toast, and fresh fruit, was a highlight of our stay.

Additionally, our double bed was very soft and uncomfortable, leading to a restless night's sleep. while we enjoyed our stay, we felt that there were areas that could have been improved.
