We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and couldn't have been happier. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom modern and clean. The location was convenient, within an hour's drive from the Folkstone Eurotunnel terminal. The hotel provided excellent service, with daily housekeeping and amenities like ironing facilities and a dressing area. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending great places to visit. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and parking, as well as a beautiful garden area. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Stayed here again on our return trip home because it is conveniently located within an hour's drive from the Folkstone Eurotunnel terminal. Christine and Andy were very helpful in planning our early departure, providing us with route information to avoid morning rush hour traffic. The room had a beautiful view over the garden and was immaculately presented. Breakfast was delicious and catered to all our requests. The location of the accommodation was ideal, situated in a peaceful and picturesque area, yet still just a short drive from the center of town. The owners, Christine and her husband, were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even booked a cab for me and offered drinks upon arrival. The house was impeccably clean, and I enjoyed sitting in the garden on a hot day. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It felt like a five-star hotel without the hefty price tag. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for an exceptional experience.

We didn't have the chance to explore much of the nearby area as transportation options were limited. the bed was a little too firm for our liking and left us feeling slightly uncomfortable in the mornings.

our recent stay in maidstone was fantastic. the family room at riseden was huge with a lovely decoration and comfortable bed. christine and andy were amazing hosts, making us feel welcome and providing a delicious breakfast. we would highly recommend this place and will definitely return if in the area again.

Located within walking distance of Loose centre, the Riseden offers a prime location for exploring the area. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped, with stylish decor and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast options are excellent, with homemade yoghurt, coulis, and granola pots being a standout. The hosts, Andy and Christine, go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and provide exceptional service.

The noise from nearby traffic can be a bit disruptive at times.
