Our room was near a busy road, and with the trickle vent open on the window, we were awakened early in the morning by passing traffic. the breakfast was a bit confusing, as it was not explained what was included.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guest house in the East Midlands area. The hotel's location in Risley was ideal, as it was situated close to a pub serving excellent food. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-appointed with good facilities and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the conservatory of the main house, which offered amazing views of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast consisted of fresh products, including tasty local eggs, which were a delightful touch. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Found a cozy and welcoming place to stay on a business trip. the room was tastefully decorated and had a homely feel to it. the ensuite shower room was clean and tidy. it was situated within walking distance to several good restaurants and had plenty of parking space right outside the door.

My room was located near the road, so traffic noise could be heard during the night. It is recommended to book a room that is away from the road if you are a light sleeper.

The facilities were excellent with a comfy bed and extra pillows provided when asked. The presence of a microwave, toaster, fridge, and kettle made it convenient for breakfast and takeaway meals. The nearby pub was fabulous and within a 5-minute walk. The owner was friendly and welcoming, showing us around and providing a lovely breakfast experience in the conservatory with a view of the garden.
