We stayed at Riverside Cottage Guesthouse for a few nights and it was an excellent experience. The owners were warm and welcoming, and the view from the breakfast room overlooking the river was simply breathtaking. The pretty garden and summerhouse right on the river's edge provided a serene spot to relax and take in the scenery. The option to park in the spacious car park made it convenient to explore the surroundings. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of choices including home reared bacon. Additionally, the comfortable room with a roomy ensuite and the nearby historic town and beautiful North Devon coast and countryside made our stay even more enjoyable.

our valentine's day stay at riverside cottage guesthouse in bideford exceeded our expectations. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a beautiful view of the river from our table. we were pleasantly surprised by the availability of wine for the rooms, although we didn't take advantage of it. the compact bedroom was sufficient for one person, and the addition of a shower instead of a bath would have created more space.

The Riverside guest house was a dream! The room was huge, with a massive bed and an amazing shower. They had all the little details covered, like tea, coffee, and water in the room. The view from every window was stunning, and the garden had plenty of comfy chairs and even kayaks to use. The breakfast was fantastic, with a choice of cooked meals and unlimited tea and coffee.

Had the most amazing Xmas stay at a riverside guesthouse. The location was stunning, right by the river, and it was so peaceful. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable with high-quality linen. One of the best parts was being able to use their kayaks and spending a peaceful couple of hours on the river. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the home-produced bacon and homemade marmalade. a fantastic experience and highly recommended.
