We had a great value for our money at Riverside Rothbury Swift S Pod. The room was clean, comfy, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the center of the lovely village. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with more microwave-friendly bowls/pots available for cooking.

Loved the seating and dining area in my pod. Explored the stunning natural beauty of Northumberland. So convenient being near the airport, I could escape this place quickly.

The "shared lounge area" was just a sad corner, maybe they expect guests to huddle together for warmth.

The pods were modern and well-equipped, perfect for our group of trekkers and friends. The location was peaceful and close to shops and pubs, making it convenient for our stay. The balcony area was a great addition, and having parking right outside the door was a huge help.

Felt more than at home, nothing was too much trouble.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of the pod, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Rothbury. The beautiful views from our pod were a bonus, and we enjoyed the feeling of being surrounded by trees, giving us that "tree house" experience. The amenities provided, such as the kettle, microwave, toaster, and fridge, were perfect for our needs. Additionally, the site was very quiet, which allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of biking.

Great location with a short walk to the town center and beautiful views from the pod. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a working Wi-Fi code. The pod was clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and an excellent showeroom. There were also plenty of amenities nearby, including shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Some minor maintenance issues, such as marks on the nets and curtains, and a main door curtain that didn't open and close properly. The mattress was uncomfortable and had springs pushing through, resulting in two nights of bad sleep.

The pod had everything we needed, including a comfortable bunk bed and a pull-down bed. The shower room was excellent with a large rain shower. The small kitchenette had all the necessary appliances, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful, nestled amongst the trees by the river. There were plenty of activities and places to see nearby, and the information pack in the pod was useful. Plus, it was only a short walk into Rothbury for shops, pubs, and restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was outstanding, showing great kindness and concern for my comfort. They provided a speedy check-in experience and even personally escorted me to my room. The room itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, allowing for a quiet and relaxing stay. The hotel also had a lovely and private patio area with comfortable furniture and beautiful lighting. Additionally, the location was perfect, being conveniently situated halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. It was also close to Hearst Castle and on the way to Monterey.

I recently stayed at a pod by the river and it was a fantastic experience! The design of the pod was very clever, with a pull-down bed from the wall and comfortable seating that could be converted into beds. The pod had everything you needed and was very clean. The bathroom had a lovely big rain shower, and the small kitchenette had a microwave, toaster, and kettle. The location was perfect, nestled among the trees by the river, with shops, pubs, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of activities and places to explore nearby.
