We had a warm welcome from the staff and the hotel was clean and cosy. The location by the river was lovely and not far from the city centre. The conservatory provided a great spot to enjoy meals and overlook the riverside footpath.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely place near the river. The location was just a short walk from the main town center, and the walk along the river was really enjoyable. The room was excellent, clean, and tidy, with lovely bedding that smelled fresh. The host, Dan, was super friendly and made sure we felt welcome. We really appreciated the powerful shower and the overall value for money.

Lovely garden and free parking, perfect for my partner who can sleep through anything. The birds in the morning were a delightful wake-up call. Now I know where Snow White lives.

Separate bathroom and toilet. Just what I want, a little exercise in the middle of the night.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely Riverside house. The location was perfect, right by the river in a beautiful residential area. The walk to the main town centre was pleasant and took just 20-25 minutes. The view from the conservatory overlooking the riverside footpath was breathtaking. The room was spacious and had everything I needed for a short or long stay. The bedding smelled fresh and the shower was powerful. The host, Dan, was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable and at ease. Great value for money.

had an amazing stay at a riverside house in york, even better than last time! room was clean, cozy, and overlooked a peaceful river. great facilities, comfy bed, and excellent location for exploring york on foot. will definitely stay here again if i'm in the area.

No tea/coffee in room.
