Enjoyed a fabulous stay at a welcoming B&B with stunning valley views. The breakfast was amazing with homemade ingredients including a delicious fresh fruit salad. The attention to detail, toiletries and even biscoff cookies for tea made it a perfect stay. highly recommended!

We got great value for our money at Rockvale House. The room was comfortable with beautiful views, and the location near the Lynton & Lynmouth Railway was a must-see. The staff treated us with warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with cream or milk offered for the porridge.

The location is fantastic, close to everything and within walking distance of some lovely eateries. The room was cozy and well-furnished, with a spacious and bright bathroom. The owners were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with high-quality ingredients. there were two lounge rooms available for extra space and a convenient car park in front of the house.

The steep walk back from town may be a challenge for some.

Plentiful and delicious cooked-to-order breakfast with homemade bread and marmalade. Excellent choice of fresh juices. Free on-site parking. High-quality toiletries, plentiful coffee and tea supplies, bottled water.

The hosts, Phil & Ness, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room had a beautiful view and was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. Phil's sense of humor was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

Spent Easter weekend in a lovely B&B nestled in a charming village with great views. the food was fantastic and offered good value. the owners were welcoming and accommodating. the room was so clean and tidy and the breakfast was delicious. Easy access to parking too.

The lack of mobile signal, but that’s the fault of the mobile network, not the B&B.
