Enjoyed a fabulous stay at a welcoming B&B with stunning valley views. The breakfast was amazing with homemade ingredients including a delicious fresh fruit salad. The attention to detail, toiletries and even biscoff cookies for tea made it a perfect stay. highly recommended!

We had a fantastic Christmas stay in the heart of this charming town. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience unforgettable. the rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also loved the fact that the hotel had free parking, which was very convenient. the location was ideal, with easy access to all the attractions and beautiful surrounding areas.

If I had to be picky, I would have preferred some additional amenities in the bathroom, like hand cream. However, this was a minor detail and didn't affect our overall enjoyment of our Christmas getaway.

We got great value for our money at Rockvale House. The room was comfortable with beautiful views, and the location near the Lynton & Lynmouth Railway was a must-see. The staff treated us with warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with cream or milk offered for the porridge.

Had a wonderful stay at this B&B in Lynton. Rockvale House provided a fantastic range of breakfast options, from vegetarian to a full cooked traditional meal. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with cotton dressing gowns and a full range of toiletries available. the staff were excellent, providing a warm welcome and helpful advice about the local area. this was the best value accommodation I have ever experienced in the West Country.

The location is fantastic, close to everything and within walking distance of some lovely eateries. The room was cozy and well-furnished, with a spacious and bright bathroom. The owners were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with high-quality ingredients. there were two lounge rooms available for extra space and a convenient car park in front of the house.

The steep walk back from town may be a challenge for some.
