We had a delightful stay at this charming inn. the staff at Rokeby Inn were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the inn was evident, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent, with superb free-range poached eggs. We were impressed with the owner's consideration for families, with complimentary baby changing facilities and a children's play area. great value for money and a perfect place to stay, especially if traveling with young children.

We stayed at a lovely inn for 1 night and had a great experience. The owner was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, despite being close to the road. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a stopover point.

The WiFi signal did not reach our room, although it was available in communal spaces.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming bed and breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and tidy, with beautiful views. We loved the Yorkshire Tea and delicious biscuits provided in the room. The breakfast was amazing, with generous portions and excellent service. Despite being located next to a dual carriageway, we didn't hear any traffic noise at all. We especially enjoyed the presence of the roaming chickens, particularly Bella. a highly recommended place to stay.

The staff provide impeccable service, and the breakfast offers a fabulous selection of high-quality ingredients. The lounge and bar have a quaint ambiance, and the linens on the bed are fresh and clean.

The furniture in the room is in need of replacement.

I would not recommend this hotel for a romantic escape. the bathroom was very smelly, and the carpet was full of pet hair.

This place is a hidden gem. Beautiful room, cozy and comfortable with everything I needed. Friendly staff, great food, and fabulous breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when traveling through to Scotland.

The en-suite bathroom in our room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to maneuver. the carpet in the room had noticeable stains, and the duvet set looked dull and faded.
