As bike riders, we loved the secluded location and private acre of land. The stream running next to the wagon added to the tranquil atmosphere. The facilities were great, including the warm and cosy log burner. The outdoor undercover area with fire pit was perfect for unpredictable weather. The Gypsy wagon itself was cosy and lovely, with a comfy bed and a little heater to keep us warm. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided kindling, wood, and firelighters, as well as the coffee and cooking oil. The nearby butcher came highly recommended and we enjoyed exploring the stunning area and visiting Newcastle Emlyn, a charming little town. the setting was magical and we can't wait to visit again in the summer.

The surroundings were stunning, with a great aspect of the wagon, stream, and under-cover area for a fire. The privacy was wonderful and made for a relaxing stay. The owners provided clear and specific instructions, which I appreciated. The remote location felt safe and secluded, yet still close to the village and other houses. The wagon itself was cozy and lovely, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The main building had a country cottage feel and was well-equipped with a great bathroom, hot and powerful shower, and a kitchen that had everything I needed. The lounge with the log burner was my favorite spot, where my dog and I enjoyed evenings in front of the fire with a good book and a glass of wine. The property had lovely separate areas for sitting and relaxing, and there were even a couple of nearby beaches and woodland walks to explore.

I stayed at the Romany Wagon Retreat for a peaceful and off-grid getaway. The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning scenery and with a river flowing through the site. The outdoor seating areas were plentiful, and we loved the cozy and cute Gypsy wagon. The nearby beaches were lovely, and the tavern next door was a hidden gem. The owners were welcoming and even helped find a lost engagement ring. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at this hidden gem of a retreat. The value for money was excellent and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect for a peaceful and off-grid getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of breakfast options.

We did experience some road noise at times, and we would have appreciated a lock for the outside doors to feel more secure. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a small table in front of the sofa for playing cards.
