We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Romneys Apartments. The spacious and modern accommodation comfortably fit our family of 3 adults, 3 children, and a baby. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The restaurant served delicious and reasonably priced food. The waiting staff were friendly and polite. The location was great, and we loved the added bonus of the roof terrace during sunny periods. one of the best places to stay in the Lake District!

I booked the apartment for my parents as a surprise during their house renovation. The room was quirky and clean with tea and coffee. Surprisingly quiet despite being close to the road and a pub downstairs. Also, a short walk to town and many nice breakfast places nearby.

We had a great time staying at this cozy and convenient accommodation. The location is perfect, being just off the M6 and half the cost of other budget hotels like Premier Inn or Travel Lodge. It's also not far from the beautiful Windermere, only a short 15-minute drive away. The town center is quite close as well, giving us easy access to the lakes and plenty of other restaurants and pubs nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the surroundings. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. we had a wonderful experience at this hidden gem.

The plumbing in one of the apartments had some issues, causing a bit of noise during the night. However, the manager promptly addressed the problem and transferred us to a more comfortable room.

Being next door to the popular gastro pub was a bonus, as we could enjoy delicious meals without going far. The communal living/kitchen area in the stables was a bit cramped for six adults.

As backpackers, we loved the authentic renovation of Romneys Apartments & Suites. The use of sourced materials and beautiful furniture created a unique and cozy atmosphere. The comfortable bed and the waterfall-type bath tap made it easy to wash our hair. The pub downstairs had a varied menu and was very popular. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help us with a small problem. The location was easily accessible from the M6 and not far from Kendal.

We felt spoiled during our stay at Romneys Apartments & Suites, as there was nothing to complain about.
