Everything was perfect! Rachael is very kind person, she really made us and our dog feel welcomed. the room was comfortable and we found there everything we needed. Parking was at the seafront but there was always free space and it's really close to the house. We really liked this accommodation and we hope to come back again one day. A little gem - beautifully located in quiet Avoch near the seafront, this place is perfect for anyone looking for an accommodation near Inverness. the bedroom and en-suite bathroom were very clean and up to modern standards. You will struggle to find a more friendly and helpful host - Rachael made my partner and me feel very welcome. If we are ever in the area again, we will sure check Room at the Back first. Excellent localization, just one step from the seafront, great equipment ) Absolute adorable host! ! Rachel is very nice and charming woman, taking care of the comfort of her guests. There are some snacks and tea/coffee waiting for you in the room. I wish I could have time to stay longer than only one night. Rachel is an excellent manager and a wonderful person, sincerely. She will provide you with all the information you need to ensure you have a good holiday in this area. the room has a bathroom and everything is very clean. At just 2 steps from the Room at the Back is the wonderful sea, I've always loved the sea, and during my last holiday passed here, I've took amazing pictures of the sunrise. Last year, I was here for my birthday and I was surprised to find a beautiful rose grown in the front of the window, this time I've found flowers in the room. I love flowers! Avoch is a beautiful and peaceful place. the location is convenient for everyone because you can enjoy nature in Avoch, or you can choose to visit Inverness, Loch Ness, or other places around during the day, either by car or by bus. I think next time I'll visit the waterfalls near Avoch. I will certainly come back here for the next holidays! Scotland is magic! Beach access and nearby landmarks like Fort George and Fairy Glen added to our family bonding and relaxation. the easily accessible nature spots and historic sites made our stay memorable, capturing precious moments for us and our baby. Our only minor qualm was the squeaky bed, but overall, Room at the Back is a home away from home.

I recently had an incredible stay at the hotel near the seafront in Avoch. Rachael, the manager, was beyond helpful and made sure I had all the info I needed to enjoy my holiday to the fullest. the room was sparkling clean with a lovely bathroom and fresh flowers inside. I really appreciated the microwave and crockery, which made preparing meals super easy. the cozy bed ensured a good night's sleep, and I loved being just steps away from the beautiful sea where I even spotted dolphins! Avoch itself is a charming and peaceful place, perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Brahan Seer Monument. I will definitely be returning for my next holiday! On the downside, the layout of the room was a bit tricky with the double bed against the wall. It made getting in and out a tad challenging, especially for the person on the inner side. Despite this small inconvenience, my overall experience at the hotel was fantastic, and I look forward to coming back and exploring more of the stunning surroundings near the shore.

After completing the NC500, we stayed at this charming, cozy room. Great value, no hidden costs for our dog, providing a warm welcome with treats. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a microwave and crockery. Convenient parking and nearby dog-friendly areas. Perfect for dolphin watching at Chalonry point. the host, Rachel, was friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent local recommendations.
