We had a fantastic stay at this lovely property. the rooms at Rooms36 were clean, comfortable, and provided a luxury feel in a relaxed setting. the breakfast provided by the owner, Andy, was absolutely amazing, with a wide range of options including delicious homemade granola and a large selection of fresh fruit. the location was also perfect, with just a short walk to both the town center and the lakeside. We especially loved the large shower in the bathroom, which was exactly what we needed after a long hike around Derwent Water. Andy was a very helpful and friendly host, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was a really great experience.

I always return for weekends. First stay, staff helped with taxi. Free Wi-Fi, TV, billiards, golf, cycling, canoeing – all I need. Pet-friendly, parking available, no smoking allowed. Perfect spot with everything ready for a great stay. Always happy here.

Great views of the park from the spacious room and modern bathroom with a big shower and nice amenities. the breakfast had a good selection and was freshly cooked. the staff were polite and helpful, and the location was superb. the B&B was close to both town and the lake, with easy access to both.

The walls and doors were very thin, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the room we stayed in was rather outdated and could use some modernizing.

the room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely touches such as Egyptian cotton bedding and natural wood furniture. I appreciated the attention to detail, like the coffee machine with pods and biscuits, as well as the natural product toiletries. the breakfast was outstanding, with a modern healthy slant and freshly cooked food. the hosts were very helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and offering assistance with car parking. the location was ideal, with Lake tours just a short 5-minute walk away.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from both the park and the lakeside theatre, as well as a short walk to the town center. As trekkers and friends, we loved being able to explore the area on foot.

We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay, feeling really comfortable throughout our trip. No complaints whatsoever.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful property in Keswick. The rooms at this place, Room 4 in particular, were simply stunning. They were bright, clean, and incredibly spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of room in the wardrobe for all of our clothes. The bathroom was spotless, with clean towels provided whenever we needed them. The location of the property was fantastic, with breathtaking views of Derwent water and the surrounding fells. Despite being in a busy area, there was surprisingly little noise or disturbance. The owner, Andy, was welcoming and made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back when we visit Keswick again.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Keswick for New Year's and had a fantastic experience. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. the location was ideal, with easy access to both the town and the lake. We loved being able to take leisurely strolls into town to find a delicious meal or enjoy some fun activities. the breakfasts were of a high quality, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes.

The only downside we encountered during our stay was the limited parking situation. Finding a parking space near the hotel was a bit challenging, as the nearby options were often taken.

The B&B provided a warm and welcoming stay during our Christmas holiday getaway. the large family room was perfect for our group of four and offered plenty of space. the location was ideal, with easy access to the town center and the nearby park for leisurely walks. We also enjoyed the fantastic and plentiful breakfast options.

The limited parking availability, which required moving vehicles during the daytime. This was more of an issue with the local council rather than the B&B itself.
