the apartment, centrally located and away from traffic, exceeded my expectations. it was clean, spacious, and in very good condition. a perfect home away from home for a family or couple/friends. the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable.

Portable air conditioning equipment would have been appreciated during the warm summer days.

The location of Swan House is perfect, with easy access to Leatherhead town center, train station, and businesses. It's ideal for families with 2 small kids. The apartment offers all the necessary amenities, including a complete kitchen with cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The cleanliness of the studio is outstanding, and the entire building is spotlessly clean. The check-in procedure is smooth and the communication from the staff is excellent. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

During my recent stay at Roomspace Serviced Apartments - Swan House, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The apartment was spotlessly clean, uncluttered, and spacious, making it a relaxing place to stay after a busy day. The addition of soaps and detergents was a nice touch, ensuring that everything was well-appointed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the extra fan provided, which helped to cool down the apartment during a heatwave.

There were a few minor drawbacks. I would have preferred to have bedside cabinets and lamps on both sides of the bed for added convenience.

First, the room heaters thermostat was noisy, but it was quickly resolved by changing apartments. the second issue was the smell of the cleaner used for the sheets and the floor, which was quite unusual.

The location of the apartment is quite near to everything you need. It is close to shops, restaurants, and the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. the apartment is clean, big, and in very good condition, providing a comfortable home away from home.

The bedding and pillows were average and in desperate need of a refresh, with stains present.
