The staff at Roomzzz York City went above and beyond to make our stay special. They helped me plan a surprise proposal for my partner, keeping the early check-in a secret and even re-enacting the check-in process when we returned to the hotel. It was a truly memorable experience. Additionally, the apartment had everything we needed, with a fridge, microwave, and even an iron and hairdryer. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The location offered a lovely view of the river through the trees, adding to the overall charm of our stay.

There were roadworks near the hotel, causing inconvenience for pedestrians and longer detours for drivers. This disrupted the direct access to the city center, making the walk a bit longer for guests.

The reception staff, especially Hollie, were friendly and made the check-in process a breeze. As it was my wife's birthday, they went above and beyond by arranging for a cake and card in the room, as we had requested. The room itself was spacious, clean, and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom even had underfloor heating, which was a luxurious touch. We were pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included, offering a range of pastries, fruit, cereal, and various beverages. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay celebrating my birthday at Roomzzz York City. The free room upgrade to a stunning loft apartment was a great surprise. The location was brilliant, with secure parking available. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spotlessly clean. The complimentary grab and go breakfast was a great idea. We cannot fault anything and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
