Our stay at the Rose And Crown was fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean and the towels were changed every morning. We were pleasantly surprised to find a warm duvet on the comfortable bed. Despite a small inconvenience with the bathroom being separate from our room, it was just across the hall and always clean. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location in the center of town was perfect, making it easy for us to explore. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and great value for money.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the centre of town which is a plus. Despite being on top of a pub, the room was surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast in the restaurant was beautiful and cooked to perfection.

Located in the heart of the town, the hotel offers easy access to The Lyric theatre and other attractions in South Wales. The rooms are bright and clean, with comfortable beds and immaculate bed linen. The ensuite facilities are smart, and thoughtful amenities like bottles of water are provided. The breakfast menu has plenty of delicious options to choose from.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, right in the old town center next to a taxi rank. It was so convenient for getting around. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Finally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with good facilities. I particularly liked that the bathroom was in the same place as the bedroom, rather than across the hall, giving it a more relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast included was also a great touch, providing a relaxed start to the day.
