the keys were conveniently available in a lock box, ensuring a smooth check-in process. the cottage had a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it easy to relax and feel at ease. the bathroom was spacious and the heating system was excellent, providing constant hot water and keeping the rooms cozy. the location was fantastic, with the town center just a 5-minute drive away and the property within walking distance of Portrush. the living room was bright and the beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The location of the cottage is ideal, with just a short walk to the town center and all its amenities. The living room is bright and cozy, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The beds in the spacious accommodation were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The front bedroom windows could use an upgrade for better soundproofing, as noise from the street and wind could be heard during the night.

We had a wonderful family stay at Rose Cottage. The location was fabulous, just a short walk from town. The house itself was cosy and welcoming, with a great family feel. The spacious accommodation and lovely bright living room made us instantly feel relaxed. The bathroom was a great size and the heating system kept us warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The lock box for the key was convenient, although it could use an upgrade for better security. we enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would definitely book again.

The front bedroom had noisy windows, which made it difficult to sleep when neighbors were talking loudly outside late at night. The cleanliness of the cottage was subpar, with a lot of dust and cobwebs throughout, causing issues for those with asthma.
