We stumbled upon this absolute gem of a place by chance and it has instantly become our new favorite spot in town. the hosts at Rose Cottage Studio couldn't have been more welcoming, offering us a delightful toast, tea, and chat in the morning. the studio itself is separate from the house, ensuring privacy and offering stunning views. the well-equipped kitchen and the thoughtful touch of fresh milk in the fridge made our stay even more enjoyable. the cleanliness and comfort were impeccable, and the personal welcome message on the slate sign was a delightful surprise. We appreciated the convenient parking spot, although maneuvering in and out may be a challenge for those not skilled in reversing.

Didn't dislike anything about the property. 👍

The location of the studio was excellent, allowing us to easily access local hikes in the peaks and enjoy the beautiful views of the moors. The kitchen was well-equipped and the shower was amazing. The room was cozy and had nice skylights for natural light throughout the day.

The bed was a mid sleeper, which could be a hindrance for guests with mobility difficulties.

What a hidden gem! Our recent stay at Rose Cottage Studio was absolutely delightful. We stumbled upon this cozy retreat by chance and it quickly became our favorite place to stay in Sheffield. The hosts, Malcolm and Pauline, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The separate apartment offered privacy and stunning views. The well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches like fresh milk in the fridge were much appreciated. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to local hiking trails in the peaks. We would definitely stay here again.
